This package is useful for businesses with a higher staff turnover, and will ensure that your personnel records are accurate and that you have appropriate systems and documentation in place.
The first month will be spent reviewing staff polices & procedures and your current HR system. These will be updated as needed. Subsequent months will include:
- Management of your recruitment process – advertising roles, shortlisting candidates and managing the interview process.
- Staff onboarding process
- Updating personnel records (holiday, absence etc)
- Managing staff training schedules
- Ensuring policies, procedures and manuals are maintained.
