Administrative Support
Jade and Leanne look after the admin and PA tasks for our clients.
With years of experience as a C-Suite Executive Assistant and then a virtual PA, Jade is organised, reliable and will bring a sense of calm to your work life.
In addition to being an experienced administrator, with a keen eye for detail, Leanne is an ICF Certified Coach who specialises in supporting women to prioritise their health and wellbeing.
Although our clients have very different businesses and work in a variety of industries*, Jade and Leanne typically support them with some or all of the following:

Our admin clients are billed at the end of the month for the hours worked. There’s no need to commit to a set amount of hours per month, as we know you’ll have quiet periods and busier ones. As a guide, we find that an ‘average’ client tend to need around five hours of support per week.
*If you’re curious, we currently provide admin support for coaches, a records management consultant, a healthcare organisation, a children’s party entertainer, a finance consultant and a tutoring company.
Social Media Strategy and Content
Grace and Orla are our social media experts and are here to create eye-catching graphics for you and nail your brand’s tone of voice.
The social media presence of your business is important, but it’s time consuming and gets pushed down the list of things to do. Grace and Orla can take this off your hands, putting together a strategy and then creating and scheduling engaging posts on your behalf.
We create content for companies in lots of different industries and we’re great at ‘sounding like you’ and capturing the personality of your business. Right now, the people we’re creating social media content for include a tutor, recruiters, a renovation company, HR advisers, a journalist, healthcare providers, a GDPR consultant, a health & safety consultant, and a tool franchisee. All very different businesses, but we take the time to understand the message they want to convey and get the tone spot on. It’s never a ‘cut and paste’ job!
